a) 2014-15ರ ಸಿವಿಲ್ ಸಬ್-ಇನ್ಸ್-ಪೆಕ್ಟರ್ ಸಿವಿಲ್ ಪೋಲೀಸ್ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು & ಕಟ್-ಆಫ್ ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ವೆಬ್-ಸೈಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸದೆ ಕೇವಲ ಆಯಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಎಸ್.ಪಿ ಕಛೇರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿರಾಸೆ ಮಾಡಿರುತ್ತೀರಿ. ಇದೇನಾ ಈಗಿನ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಬ್ರಷ್ಟಚಾರರಹಿತ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕತೆ ಆಯ್ಕೆ? 2007, 2010, 2011 & 2012-13 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು & ಕಟ್-ಆಫ್ ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ವೆಬ್-ಸೈಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮಾಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

b) ಹಲವಾರು ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೆನೆಗುದಿಗೆ ತಳ್ಳಿರುವುದು ಸರಿಯೇ?

d) ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನಡೆಸಲಿಕ್ಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಉಚಿತ ಭಾಗ್ಯ ನೀಡಲಿಕ್ಕೆ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿ ಬಡ ವಿಧ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಹಣವೇ ಬೇಕೆ? (ನೀವು ನೀಡುವ "ಉಚಿತ" ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ "ದುಬಾರಿ ಖಚಿತ" ಎಂದು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೂ ಅರಿವಾಗಿದೆ.)

e) ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಹಲವರು ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಕಟ್ಟುವುದನ್ನು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಜನರು ತಡ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ದಂಡ ವಿಧಿಸುವ ನೀವು ವರ್ಷಾನುಗಟ್ಟಲೆ ಬಡ ವಿಧ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಹಣವನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮಲಿಯೇ ಇರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡದೇ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಗಳ ಜೀವನ & ಪ್ರಾಣದ ಜೊತೆ ಚಲ್ಲಾಟವಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೀರಿ.

f) 2014 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ನಿಗಮ ನಿಯಮಿತಿ (KPCL) ದಲ್ಲಿ ಪದವಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ Assistant(Administration) & Assistant(Accounts) ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮಾಡಿರುತ್ತೀರಿ. ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿ ಅವರ ಪದವಿ ಶೇಕಡ (%) ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ -ಆಫ್ ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ವೆಬ್ ಸೈಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ . ಇದೇನಾ ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕತೆ ಅಂದರೆ?

g) ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಗಳು ವೆಬ್ ಸೈಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಸರಿ ಉತ್ತರಗಳನ್ನು / ಪಾಲಿತಾಂಶವನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ವೆಬ್ ಸೈಟ್ ನ್ನು ಲಾಕ್ (ಅವರಿಗೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಡೌನ್-ಲೋಡ್ ಆಗದೆ ಇರುವುದು) ಮಾಡುವುದು ಸರಿಯೇ?

h) ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ದಿ. 16-03-2015 ರಂದು ಸಂಯುಕ್ತ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ದಿನ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿತ್ತರವಾದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪೋಲಿಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ 2733 ಪೋಲೀಸ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಎಂದು ಸುಳ್ಳು ಜಾಹಿರಾತು ಯಾರು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ? ಅವರ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಯಾವ ಸಿಸ್ತು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದೀರಿ? ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಗೃಹ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ದುರುಪಯೋಗ ಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜನರಿಗೆ ನೀವು ಹೇಗೆ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತೀರಿ?

"ಬೆಳೆ ಬರಲಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ರೈತ ಆತ್ಮಹತ್ಯೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಹ ವಿಧ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಸಿಗಲಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಬೇಸತ್ತು ಆತ್ಮಹತ್ಯೆ ಹಾದಿ ತುಳಿದರೆ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕತೆ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಸರ್ಕಾರವೇ ಕಾರಣವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ."
